I first discovered the Anua skincare set after seeing an advertisement online, and like a lot of people, I was curious. The brand marketed the set as gentle, calming, and effective for improving overall skin texture and clarity, which made me want to try it out for myself. The set I used included the cleansing oil, face wash, niacinamide serum, lotion, and toner pads, making it a full routine that felt easy to commit to.
The Anua skincare set focuses on gentle but purposeful ingredients. Many of the products highlight soothing components like heartleaf extract, which is known for calming irritated skin, along with hydrating ingredients that help maintain the skin barrier. The niacinamide product is meant to help with brightening, reducing dark spots, and improving uneven skin tone. The cleansing oil is designed to remove makeup and sunscreen without stripping the skin, while the face wash cleanses gently. The lotion and toner pads focus on hydration and soothing, rather than harsh exfoliation.

According to the Anua website, this skincare set is supposed to help calm sensitive skin, reduce redness, improve skin texture, and support clearer-looking skin over time. The niacinamide is meant to target dark spots and acne scars, while the toner pads are advertised as a convenient way to gently refresh and soothe the skin. Based on these claims, my expectations were that my skin would look clearer, more even, and less prone to breakouts after consistent use.

After using the Anua skincare set for about two months, I would say my overall experience was just alright. I did notice that my skin feels smoother, and some of my acne scars do seem to be slowly healing. However, I didn’t see a dramatic difference in terms of clearing my skin completely. I still have some dark spots that haven’t faded as much as I hoped, and I continue to get pimples popping up fairly often.
That said, there are things I genuinely like about the set. None of the products feel too heavy on my face, which makes them comfortable to use both morning and night. The routine is also very convenient and easy to follow. The products are moisturizing without feeling greasy, and the face wash in particular leaves my skin feeling very smooth and refreshed after showering.

Overall, the Anua skincare set is a gentle and comfortable skincare routine that does its job in terms of hydration and skin feel. While it didn’t fully meet my expectations for clearing acne and dark spots, it did help improve skin smoothness and made my skincare routine feel simple and manageable. I think it could work well for someone looking for lightweight, soothing products, but those with more persistent acne or pigmentation might need additional targeted treatments alongside it.
